Dr. Ron Hart
Dr. Ron Hart graduated from the University of Oklahoma Dental School in 1988. In 2002, he was appointed as a clinical instructor at the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, where, for several years, he taught doctors from around the world the latest techniques in cosmetic, neuromuscular, and restorative dentistry. Dr. Hart is a Diplomate of the American Board of Craniofacial Dental Sleep Medicine, the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine, and the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain.
Dr. Hart is known as a perfectionist and, to that end, has invested in hundreds of hours of continuing dental education to ensure that his patients will always receive the best care available. His commitment to advancements in dentistry has led him to many achievements. He continues to learn the most current techniques and procedures which impact both the health of the mouth and overall well-being. An area of dentistry that has recently become Dr. Hart’s passion is helping people with sleep apnea and TMJ disorder. He has helped many people to feel better and live longer!
Dr. Mike Steffen
Dr. Steffen received his dental training at Washington University in St. Louis. In addition to a private practice, Dr. Steffen maintains an academic presence lecturing and teaching.
He currently works with many major dental companies on development of digital workflow in the dental office. He is passionate about taking the time to listen, with the intent to understand each patient’s unique situation and using technology to craft a better solution. We feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to add Dr. Steffen’s level of patient care, experience, and expertise to our Ron Hart, DDS team!

Dr. Jake Hanus
Dr. Hanus was raised in Bixby, Oklahoma, where he shared equal passion for sports and the outdoors. Upon graduation in 2007, he attended Oklahoma State University to complete his undergraduate studies. From there, Dr. Hanus went on to 4 years of dental school at the University of Oklahoma and graduated with distinction in 2014. Dr. Hanus is joined in practice by his wife and high school sweetheart, Whitney, a dental hygienist. Dr. Hanus is a member of the American Dental Association, the Oklahoma Dental Association, and Tulsa County Dental Society.
Jenae R.
Clinic Administrator
Jenae began her career in 1992 as a dental assistant, then later began managing dental offices. She works to build relationships and take care of Dr. Ron Hart’s patients. Keeping positive, forward movement throughout the office is important to Jenae. She appreciates the high-quality team members at the office of Dr. Ron Hart who are eager to learn. When she isn’t working, she enjoys traveling, weekends at the lake, and spending time with friends and family.

Administrative Assistant
Hailey began her dental career in 2016 as a clinical assistant and now works as an administrative assistant. She enjoys making patients laugh and have a great time. She absolutely loves to make patients smile. When Hailey is not working, she spends most of her time fishing with her husband and loving on her golden retrievers, Dolly and Duke.
Stephanie S.
Hygiene Coordinator
Stephanie became our hygiene coordinator in 2014. Her many years of customer service experience include working with patients in oral surgery. She enjoys building personal relationships with our patients and is the first friendly face you will see when you enter the office. Stephanie spends most of her time outside of work posting her recipes online, crafting, and spending time with her husband, Bob, and their seven children.
Michelle P.
Dental Hygienist
Michelle began her career in 2012 as a hygiene assistant and then went onto dental hygiene school at Johnson County Community College, graduating in 2016. Michelle worked as a dental assistant for two years before becoming a hygienist. She is in her third year as a dental hygienist and is licensed in N2O, local anesthesia, and is knowledgeable about TMJ. Michelle specializes in making sure patients maintain good oral health as well as treating and diagnosing gum disease. She’s a country girl at heart. Her hobbies outside of the office include barrel racing, gardening, and anything involving crafts.
Ghada Marie B.
Dental Hygienist
Ghada graduated from the University of Detroit, Michigan, with a degree in computer science and worked as a restaurant manager for four years. Ghada was also involved with the Detroit Institute of Arts for four years and then went on to Dental Hygiene School at Wayne County College. Ghada is licensed in local anesthesia and worked as a facilitator for Theo Kinetic Mudra Technology by assisting with basic biologic dentistry. Ghada is passionate about the patients of Dr. Ron Hart’s office. By continuing her education in learning new innovative dental skills, Ghada ensures patients receive the best services possible. When Ghada is not continuing to learn the newest practices in dentistry, she enjoys CrossFit, oil painting, cooking, and reading.
Lexi R.
Dental Hygienist
Lexy is a dental hygienist who graduated from the University of Oklahoma’s Dental Hygiene program. Lexy is from Reno, NV, and has a background in the U.S. Navy in Washington State. Lexy’s favorite part about working in Dr. Hart’s office is the friendly atmosphere. When Lexy isn’t in the office, where her drive for patient care and respect is being actively observed by her peers, you can find her at the gym or in a yoga class.
Leslie P.
Dental Assistant
Leslie is a clinical assistant who has been working with Dr. Hart since 1997. She has attended multiple advanced courses through the Las Vegas Institute of Advanced Dental Studies (LVI) and is certified in Coronal Polishing/Topical Fluoride and Radiology Safety and Protection. Along with general dentistry, Leslie also has advanced training for treatment of snoring and obstructive sleep apnea. She is committed to staying on top of the continual changes in dentistry and enjoys working with her patients. Leslie and her husband, Leon, enjoy traveling together and being parents to their dog, Luda.
Phalyn
Dental Assistant
Phalyn attended college at Rogers State University and is hoping to become a dental hygienist one day. In the office, Phalyn assists the doctors and works with TMD patients. Her favorite thing about working at Dr. Ron Hart’s office is being able to get to know many different people. Outside of the office, Phalyn enjoys painting, gardening, and going on drives. She also enjoys listening to true crime podcasts and reading the Hunger Games/Twilight trilogy!
Shelby
Dental Assistant
Shelby started working in the dental field in 2011 as a dental assistant. Her favorite thing about working at Dr. Hart’s office is that she never stops learning and learns something new every day. Shelby thrives in a learning environment and likes being around people and getting to know her patients. When she’s not assisting Dr. Hart at the office, Shelby enjoys spending time with her family and being outside!
